Rexson supply high viscosity paste ink dispensing systems for blending offset paste inks. Rexson can pump and dispense conventional oil based inks, UV & EB cured inks and plastisols.
Typically these paste ink dispensing systems are used at an inkmakers production plant or distribution depot, to blend and mix custom offset ink colors, for rapid supply to customers. Large printing works may also need an offset paste ink dispensing system in their own ink kitchen, to mix custom line & spot colors, on a 'just-in-time' basis.
Rexson paste ink dispensing systems can be configured to fill directly into vac-pack tins and/or into larger mixing vessels. Our paste ink dispensing systems can dispense multiple ink technologies (Offset, Intaglio, UV, Metal Dec, Low migration., etc ) with no risk of cross contamination.
