Rexson ColorWeigh 78
ColorWeigh™ refers to our moving head range of gravimetric color dispensing systems. ColorWeigh is primarily aimed at the paint, coatings and chemical industries where precise and repeatable dispensing is required across a range of batch sizes.
Primary advantages of this dispensing technology is the ability to dose many products to a very high accuracy across a wide range of dispense volumes.
These systems are often supplied with automated conveyor lines, mixers, lidders etc for continous production.
Rexson ColorWeigh 78 machines can dispense up to 78 components, to +0.1gram, into a variety of vessels including -
• lab sample or 'dixie' cups
• directly 'in can' into customer tins
• mid-size vessels i.e. 55G drums
• mobile mixing tanks
• bulk mixing vessels
Available with various dispense valve sizes, to suit production needs. The multi-lift, dual-nozzle dispense valvse ensure high speed and high accuracy.
The ColorWeigh 78 produces a broad range of production batches, even lab samples right up to bulk production batches - all on one machine.
The ColorWeigh78 dispenser can be fitted with multiple weigh scales, and/or in a multi-dispense line format, for high speed batch production.
The ColorWeigh 40 features Rexsons unique and user friendly operator console. The operators will find it simple to use with minimal training
This system has a 78 ingredient capacity which are stored and supplied from a variety of containers, such as 55G drums, IBC totes and bulk storage tanks.
The Colorweigh 78 can be complemented with automated conveyor lines, automated mixers, shakers, labelling units and lidding stations, etc
