The Rexson Lab dispensing system is dedicated to the automatic 'weighing out' of of highly accurate laboratory samples and test formulas.
The Lab dispenser accomodates up to 72 components, each in a dedicated canister. These canisters are mounted on a carousel and are automatically rotated into position over the dispense vessel, as required, before being dosed to an extremely high accuracy.
The Rexson Lab dispenser can be interfaced with a Rexson production dispenser(s) for the seamless transfer of approved formulas into the production and manufacturing process.
The Rexson Lab dispenser is a gravimetric dispensing system that allows for the automatic production of samples and test formulas, without the concern and innacuracy of time consuming manual weighing, in the busy laboratory.
Rexson precision dispense valves deliver an extremely high dosing repeatability of up to 0.01grams.
Canisters are easily replenished by lifting the access hood and removing the appropriate canister lid and refilling.
A range of canister sizes can befitted to the Lab Dispenser carousel to suit your storage needs
Interface ColorPoint Manager software to spectro/colour computers for seamless new formula creation & color corrections.
